由于产品款式不断增加，个别款式太过于热销，或者还在厂里生产当中的，会出现缺货情况。每个订单缺货低过五件商品的我们一般不做通知客户，第一时间把货发到您手上，在你收到货后退回相应缺货商品款额或是 在往后的订单里面顺带补发。由于单独补发1个或几个产品，运费是极大的浪费，所以确实需要单独补发的，运 费自理，我司不承担补发产生的运费。如有缺货较多的我们将通过旺旺或电话等方式通知您，等您做出决定后 再做安排。

【关于产品退换】

如果产品质量有问题，请于收到货后24小时内及时联系我们。我们每个产品从生产到入库再到出库都是经过 多道检查工序，但也无法保证所寄出的每个产品到您手中之后都是合格品。对于问题产品，我们一般都是先由 客人代保存。多次订单所累积问题产品再一次退回来。退回运费由我司负责，先由买家垫付运费,我们收到货后 会支付宝转账形式及时退还运费。对于到付件，我司均做拒收处理。

According to the different gold content, the plating layer generally has 14k and 18k gold plating. 18K means that the gold content is 75%, 14K means that the gold content is 58.5%, and the rest is silver, copper, zinc and other metals. 18k gold plating is darker and brighter than 14k gold plating, closer to the color of gold. The thickness of the coating generally ranges from a few microns to tens of microns. The thicker the coating, the better the color retention and relatively more durable.
